Excellent if you’re creative
So. I actually ran one of these for work as a security contractor on a cargo ship recently and here are my thoughts. Comfortable, no bouncing during rapid drills, and excellent for mobility. You CAN increase the the capabilities of the carrier if you’re pretty handy with a sewing machine, personally the radios we use are a bit more bulk so I sewed some elastic velcro material to the cumber bund to accommodate for a radio pouch. Some personal grievances, I found the stitching on portions of the carrier didn’t hold up super well when exposed to salt water and sunlight on a daily basis (but that’s more of a me problem) I think it can be improved upon by double stitching along the connections of the shoulder straps. Final personal suggestion, the admin pouch is handy however I think it should be replaced with a section of Molle instead since this is intended to be a low vis/light minimalist plate carrier. Solid light armor option though. And after the one from work as a loaner from a friend I’ve went and purchased one this week as a permanent to keep in the truck.
