Very comfortable to wear, seems to be well made and durable. Not overly bulky, my only note is if you have thin plates they will move around a little inside the compartment, it’s made to accommodate larger thicker ceramic plates.

Shield 2.0

I’m giving this carrier a 3.0 just due to the adjustability. Other than that the carrier is well suited for its design and seems very durable. The issue I had is that the shoulder straps would not adjust down enough for my size. I’m 5,3 at 175 lbs. I’ve have the defender carrier as well and it was able to adjust enough to fit. With the shield I could over lap the straps back towards the rear bag but it would cause the shoulder pads to be too thick. And the Velcro did not engage at all. Also the plate bags aren’t suited to secure the plates. My 10x12 level 4s that are 1 in thick were still swallowed by the bag and there wasn’t enough Velcro to secure it with confidence. Overall I’m sure that if you were 5’6 and above aloe or had more torso than legs you should be good with this carrier. But I was not

Great fitting carrier for the money with only 1 thing of change. The shoulder straps are extremely long with no way to adjust them and with most of the Velcro utilized (I'm average height/build). Because of the low cost of the carrier it does not have MOLLE on the upper and back panels . The overall quality, fi (minus the shoulder straps), stitching etc is great and I would hesitate to buy another if the need arises.

The shield 2.0 is both minimalist and modular. It could be built out easily or kept sleek. The cummerbund is a bit short though, hence the 4 stars.

The product came in on time and was priced very well. seems to be of good quality and fits well
