The Shellback Tactical Flap Sac 2.0 Pouch is a multi functional general purpose pouch that provides load carriage and storage for mission specific gear. This pouch hangs under the front flap of most plate carriers and attaches quickly and securely via hook and loop. The Flap Sac 2.0 was designed to provide a fanny pack add-on to your armor carrier. The Flap Sac 2.0 features two alternating zipper pockets on the front and one zipper pocket on the rear. The front pockets are perfect for multitools, knives, first aid supplies or any other mission specific gear. The rear pocket is designed for extra storage. The Flap Sac 2.0 also features laser cut loop PALS webbing on the front for patches and two elastic loops on the bottom for chem lights. Flap sac
I purchased this to add to my issued plate carrier and was able to try it out during a three day of site training. I was pleased with the size of the pouch as I planned to use it for medical items. This item is made in china but I will add that it seems to be well made and doesn’t feel cheap. The Velcro panel is large and fits securely to my carrier. While running I didn’t notice it bouncing or feeling in the way. This pouch did not claim to be and is not waterproof or water repellent if there are those that were wondering. I am pleased with the purchase and overall function of this flap sac.

Very good pouch that works as intended. The only thing I don't like it how the elastic on the bottom does not easily accommodate TQs. I suggest Shellback come up with some sort of solution to this problem. Otherwise works great.
