Interested in adding our products to your lineup and becoming a Shellback Tactical dealer?

Our dealer program allows your company to purchase directly from us at discounted wholesale pricing.  We are geared to support all types of dealers including small mom and pop retail stores, large big box retail, ecommerce websites and government procurement companies.  Our distribution center is known around the industry for shipping both small and large orders in 24 hours. 

In order to become an authorized dealer of Shellback Tactical® products, you must:

  1. Complete the Shellback Tactical® Authorized Dealer Application (the “Application”); Your company’s full legal name must be typed or printed clearly where indicated on the top right corner of every page of the Application and an individual who is authorized to bind your company (e.g., an executive officer) must initial and date every page of the Application where indicated.
  2. Submit the completed Application to dealers@shellbacktactical.com together with:
    • A certificate of good standing (or the equivalent) issued by the Secretary of State (or equivalent authority) of the state in which your company formed, organized, or incorporated, dated not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date you submit the Application;
    • Current certificates of authority to transact business in every state (other than the state of formation) in which your company currently conducts business, in each case dated not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date you submit the Application; and
    • As applicable, copies of your company’s:
      • Business License;
      • Resale certificate;
      • State sales permit; and
      • Multi-jurisdictional resale certificate.
  3. If your application is accepted by Shellback Tactical, LLC, execute a Non-Exclusive Authorized Dealer Agreement; and
  4. Submit an initial order for at least Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) of Shellback Tactical® products.
