Banshee Shoulder Pads
Well made product that fits well and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Has completely done away with the clavicle discomfort that existed prior to install.

Not required but a BIG plus in the field
These pads work exceptionally well with the Banshee plate carrier. They can also be adapted and used with a variety of other equipment since they simply fold over and Velcro to existing shoulder straps. Comes with a nice mesh bag to store them. They dry pretty quickly when soaked by rain or sweat and maintain loft even after continued use. No instructions but then.... if you need the instructions, you should just send them back. Shipping was fast - got these within a few days of ordering.

I have to start by saying these are very practical and comfortable, and I do recommend these as an addition to your carrier or ruck sack. Unfortunately, this is my first experience with mismatching colors. I have the Shellback Banshee in Ranger Green, and I feel the pads were a shade lighter in color, in the same Ranger Green. Maybe it's me. Also it's made in China unlike most of their products such as their carriers.

Top notch
Great product! All plate carriers run my traps pretty raw during long opsjust because of how I'm built. Wore these for my last one and felt great running and stagnant. It's a creature comfort based decision, but a good one to invest in.
