Long time Combat Engineer - The banshee has been my go to kit for a very long time. When you throw these on a Banshee 2.0 or 3.0, you are immediately taken to a far off land where everything is made of clouds. Seriously, if you don't have these for your kit yet, buy them. You won't be disappointed. They also fit MOST other carriers. You can't lose, it's a win win: HEADS: You just elevated your banshee plate carrier to the Elite version. TAILS: You just upgraded your lame Rothco Airsoft plate carrier to God-Tier Status.

Best upgrade I’ve made
So I have a tactical assault gear vanguard PC and these bad boys fits it perfectly even with comms wires and camalbak tubing going through the current shoulder pads and a tourniquet attached. The Velcro I large enough to not only go around the shoulder pads on the carrier but along all the stuff minus the TQ. My load is quite heavy with 4 lvl 3+ plates, 6 5.56 mags, 2 double stack mags, first aid and radio my load is coming out to a little over 40lbs. These pads make my carrier a lot more comfortable to wear to that it doesn’t fatigue me as quickly as before putting these bad boys on.

Shoulder Pads
Well made, simplistically perfect at an incredibly fair price. I use my set on my Banshee, but I'm sure these would work on most carriers. What more would one want? Another great product from Shellback Tactical.

Works as intended.
Large pads that greatly reduce the felt weight. Currently have a Tasmanian Tiger QR LC and these are a great upgrade from the original pads. Just velcro on and good to go. Would highly recommend.

They definitely help
My vest including dinner plates and crayon holders is along the lines of 37-40 lbs. The stock shoulder pads are non-existent making the carrier border on unbearable. I ordered these, they were shipped out quickly and with basic USPS delivery I had them in a week or less. They easily installed on my existing carrier (assuming you know how velcro works). They make the vest wearable for long period of time with minimal discomfort. So two recommendations, first go for light weight plates, and second if that's not an option (or even if it is) get a set of these as they do help.

Very Comfortable
I ordered these for my plate carrier, because I went from an occasional wearing to a nearly daily use. It makes it so much easier to bear the weight of the steel plates. I’m impressed with these.
