Shoulder pads
These things make your plate carrier look a lot bigger than it actually is. Nonetheless, these things do provide a decent amount of padding; I just wish it had a little bit more padding.

Good but would like covers
The pads fit my Rampage plate carrier really well, but the carriers included pad covers do not fit well with the larger pads

A must addition to your backpack or rucksack!
I recently used the Shellback Tactical shoulder pads on my rucksack during a 16 mile ruck march. My ruck was 45lbs, add a variety of sandbags, and that what varied from 85-165lbs. These pads were incredible in helping with shoulder issues. I just purchased a second pair for a new rucksack. I can’t recommend them higher!
