Shoulder Pads
I put them on a basic plate carrier from another company that had flat straps. They are comfortable, shaped for a good fit and seem pretty durable. Pack straps seem to rest pretty well on them. Overall I can't seem to find anything to complain about.

Shoulder pads
These things make your plate carrier look a lot bigger than it actually is. Nonetheless, these things do provide a decent amount of padding; I just wish it had a little bit more padding.
