Banshee Shoulder pads
They feel and work great. Construction is solid, time will tell. I gave 4 stars, and I'm not even sure I should have given that. Big made in China label on them. I would have given 5 stars and paided a bit more knowing that they were made here in the U.S.A. You'll probably delete this review, so nobody else sees it. I won't be a return costumer knowing it's China made gear. Make it here, even if it cuts into profits.

Great for Extra padding
I actually got these to add to my fly fishing sling pack. The strap the pack came with was not designed super well, so it dug into my collar bone when wearing it. I got these to put over that strap and add some extra padding. It worked perfectly and feels very nice.

Comfortable
I generally like these pads. They are being used on a Blackhawk plate carrier with lvl3 FRAS plates, 4 loaded 5.56 magazines, and a mid size radio to give you an idea of the weight they carry. After 1 training session and 2 weeks of work they seem to be holding up fairly well. My only critique is that the velcro flaps could be a 1/4 or so wider to allow more space for a drink tube to pass through easier. They still allow it but it's tight with a thick mil spec tube.

BANSHEE ULTIMATE SHOULDER PADS
These things are great. Turns my old plate carrier into my new PT Sled. Cant wait to beat the brakes off them. Would only be better if they were made in the USA. GET ON IT.
