Great for GORUCK/Adventure Race Events
I use these shoulder pads on my ruck to help cushion large loads like logs or litters. I don't even notice they are on my ruck straps.

Excellent addition to your plate carrier
The pads arrived quickly. They help mitigate the weigh of my carrier and make wearing the extra armor much more comfortable. I would highly recommend this product.

One of the best carriers ever
I have two of the banshee plate carriers one in tan,and the other in black they feel great handle better then I thought they would I also have a Crye JPC and just got the shoulder pads here because I know from my experience with the banshee that they work great I want to buy the ranger green banshee to replace my JPC soon. Great add-on for any banshee owner
Ordered the shoulder pads in coyote brown. Color was spot on to the banshee so don't let the really bad picture put you off (the bottoms of the coyote are also brown, not black like the photo). The padding really upgraded the comfort of wearing the carrier all day and the foam seems like it will hold up to long term use without losing to much loft. The tops and bottoms are made of the same material, which is my only complaint; it would have been nice to have the air flow mesh where the pad contacts the shoulder (the pictures show it, but that's not how mine came). Overall they are well worth the money if you wear the carrier for any length of time and greatly improve comfort. I would without a doubt buy them again and have already recommended them to friends.
