The Tactical Medical Solutions Phantom Litter is an ultra compact lightweight poleless litter system capable of integrating into the users equipment. The litters eight large grab handles allow a patient to be rapidly transported while offering a reach through design to lessen the fatigue on the individuals carrying the litter. The litter also serves as a casualty equipment bag once the patient has been moved to another platform. The Phantom Litter is rated at 450 lbs. The kit includes an external and internal mount pouch.
