The Tactical Medical Solutions Drop Leg Pouch - Advanced is a modular drop leg system that can also be attached to any molle compatable piece of equipment. The removable internal panel can be replaced with a variety of different loop sets and pouches to allow for custimization by the user. The advanced kit comes stocked with wound treatment supplies that are necessary at the point of injury. The advanced kit also contains a 14ga x 3.25 in catheter for decompression.
